Nice tree. This is a low angle and I'd say a close up because all your really seeing is the tree but some could argue that this is a medium shot. The low angle close up makes the tree appear very big and vast. Its as if we are supposed to be awe inspired by the vastness of the tree and maybe even questioning how long the tree goes on for. Its a nice tree.
I like your photo, especially because of the angle you used. The low angle makes me feel like a little kid climbing a gigantic tree. The lighting is also nice, I like how clean and bright it is, which makes the viewer sense a feeling of optimism and adventure.
Brian, I like the low angle that you used when you took this picture, it made me feel like I had a huge challenge ahead of me. The lighting is very bright because of the bright blue sky, this give me a sense of happiness, which tends to happen when I climb large trees. I think the story that this picture is telling, is that somenoe is about to embark on a journey to climb the biggest tree, and they won't stop until they can grab the blue sky. Nice picture
It is obvious that this is a low angle because it is a tree, but I like how it is an extremely low angle because it feel like I'm actually standing at the foot of this extremely tall tree. This angle makes the tree seem large as well as very old. The way the branches are crooked and twisted make me think of an old man's limbs, which makes the tree look ancient.
